Started with a passion for taking things apart and figuring out how they work. Never really stopped.
CreaLectrix started as a PC building operation — custom machines for friends, for businesses, for people who wanted something built right instead of bought generic. That grew into repairs, upgrades, and hardware consulting. Then into software, when it became clear that the problems people had didn't stop at the hardware layer.
Over time the skill set expanded into systems work — AI integration, databases, production setups, infrastructure. Then physical fabrication with 3D printing and prototype design. The thread connecting all of it is the same: take something complicated, understand it properly, and help someone else get real value from it.
The Knowledge division came out of realising that a lot of what clients actually needed wasn't someone to do a thing for them — it was someone to show them how the thing worked so they could handle it themselves. That kind of knowledge transfer is baked into every project now, not just an add-on.
No quote goes out before the actual problem is understood. That means asking questions most people don't bother asking.
You'll always know what was done and why. Jargon only comes out when it's useful — not to obscure or impress.
Solutions that make sense six months from now, not just today. No cutting corners that create problems later.
Every engagement should leave you knowing more than you did going in — not more dependent on external help.
Reach out and let's talk about what you need.
